Hi everyone, hoping someone can help. I was given access to a Fluss+ device a few weeks ago (it's on my apartment building's main gate) and it's been working perfectly. I use it every day to get in and out.

This morning I opened the Fluss+ app and the device is just… gone. It's not on my home page anymore. No greyed-out tile, no error message, nothing. It's like it was never there.

I haven't changed anything on my phone, haven't updated the app, haven't touched any settings. It was working last night when I got home and now it's just not showing up at all.

Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to get it back?
