Clearing storage cache for Fluss+

If the Fluss+ app is experiencing Bluetooth connection issues, clearing the app's cache can often resolve problems caused by temporary or corrupted files. Follow the steps below for your device.

  1. Press and hold the Fluss+ app icon on your home screen or in the app drawer.
  2. Tap App info (or the i icon on some devices).
  3. Tap Storage or Storage & cache.
  4. Tap Clear cache.
  5. Reopen the Fluss+ app, press the Refresh button (if available), and try connecting again.

Huawei (EMUI)

  1. Open Settings on your phone.
  2. Tap Apps (or Apps & notifications / Apps).
  3. Tap Apps again to view the full list (or search for Fluss+).
  4. Find and select Fluss+.
  5. Tap Storage or Storage usage.
  6. Tap Clear cache.
  7. Reopen the Fluss+ app, press the Refresh button (if available), and try connecting again.
