Getting signed out of Fluss+


If you've been unexpectedly signed out of the Fluss+ app, don't worry — here's why it happens and what you can do.

How Fluss+ Login Sessions Work

Fluss+ currently supports 1 active login session at a time. This means if you sign in on a second device, your first device will automatically be signed out within an hour.

Common Reasons You Were Signed Out

Logging into the website portal

If you or anyone with your account details signs into the Fluss+ web portal at app.fluss.io, your mobile app session will end. This is the most frequent cause of unexpected sign-outs.

An installer logged into your phone. 

In some cases, installers have signed into a customer's phone using their own account during setup. If this happened, you may be getting kicked out when the installer's session is refreshed elsewhere. We recommend reaching out to your installer to ensure your device is logged in under your own personal account.

Make sure you're logged in with your own personal phone number.

Warning: If you keep getting signed out unexpectedly, it's a good sign someone else may have access to your account. Contact Fluss+ support if you need help securing it. If you share your OTP and login details with someone else, be aware that they could trigger a sign-out on your device. Treat the OTP as a personal password.
