If the phone is not in air-plane mode, is connected to the internet, and Bluetooth is turned on, it will synchronise Access logs almost instantly.

However if the phone is in air-plane mode and not connected to the internet, It may take up to 12 hours for the background to synchronise Access logs after connecting.
