Every payment on a Fluss+ billing account has an invoice you can open and
save as a PDF — useful for expense claims, accounting, or VAT records. You
can do this both in the Fluss+ app and in the web app at
app.fluss.io; the steps are the same and only the final download behaves
differently on each.
Before you begin
- A Fluss+ account with at least one billing account. Invoices only
appear once a billing account exists.
- At least one past payment. A billing account with no charges yet shows
No invoices.
- You can view invoices on any billing account you own, regardless of
which device the plan is on.
Steps to download an invoice
1. Open your Profile
In the app, tap Profile in the bottom navigation. On the web app it is
the Profile item in the left sidebar. This opens your account page.

2. Open Invoices
On the account page, tap Invoices under the billing section.

Info: If you have more than one billing account, a Billing
Account selector appears at the top of the page. Tap it and choose the
account whose invoices you want to see.
3. Select an invoice
Each row shows the invoice date, its number, the amount, and whether it is
paid or pending. Tap the invoice you want to download.

4. Download the invoice
The invoice opens as a preview with a download button in the top
right. Tap it to generate the PDF.

What happens next depends on where you are:
Option A — In the app
The PDF is saved to your device and a second button (a PDF icon) appears
next to the download button. On Android the file lands in your
Downloads folder; on iOS it is saved to Files. Tap the PDF
icon to open it in your device's PDF viewer, or share it from there.
Option B — On the website
The PDF downloads straight to your browser's downloads folder, exactly
like any other file download. Open it from there to view or print.

After downloading
- The PDF is a full tax invoice — it includes the Fluss Technologies
VAT number, your billing account details, each plan line item, and the
VAT breakdown.
- You can re-download any invoice at any time; nothing is consumed by
downloading it.
- If an invoice still shows as pending, it has not been paid yet — the
downloaded PDF reflects that status.
