This guide walks you through revoking a user's access to one of your
Fluss+ devices from the Fluss+ app. Revoking removes the device from
that user's app immediately and stops any Wi-Fi access, shortcuts, or
automations they had tied to it.
Before you begin
- You must be the device Owner or have Full Access to revoke
other users. Tenants can also revoke users they invited themselves.
See Access types for what each role can do.
- The user you want to revoke must be on the device's Users list.
You can revoke users in any state — Active, Pending, or Expired.
- Revoking is immediate and removes the device from the user's app
straight away. To give them access again later, send a new invite.
Steps to revoke a user's access
1. Open Devices from the home screen
Open the Fluss+ app. From the home screen, tap Devices in the
bottom navigation.

2. Select the device
Tap the device whose user list you want to manage.

3. Tap Users
On the Device Details page, tap Users to open the user list
for that device.

4. Find the user
The Users page shows everyone who has access to the device,
grouped by status — Active, Pending, and Expired. Use
the filter at the top of the list to switch between groups, or use
the search field if there are five or more users.

5. Open the user's details
Tap the user you want to revoke. Their access details slide up in a
sheet showing the access type, Wi-Fi setting, and any schedule.

6. Tap Revoke User
Scroll to the bottom of the user details sheet and tap the red
Revoke User row.

Note: If the user has access to multiple intercom units, the row reads Revoke From All Units instead and revokes them from every unit on the device in one go.7. Confirm the revoke
A confirmation popup appears: Remove [name]? with the message
"Are you sure you want to revoke this user?". Tap the red Revoke
button to confirm, or Cancel to back out.

The user is removed from the device immediately. An Access
revoked notification appears and the user disappears from the
Active list.
After revoking
- The Fluss+ device disappears from the user's home screen and
Devices list straight away. They can't trigger it, view its
status, or use its Wi-Fi.
- Any iOS Shortcuts, Siri commands, or third-party automations the
user set up against the device stop working for them.
- Revoking is permanent for the current invitation. To give the user
access again, send a new invite from the Users page.
