How to Upgrade Subscription Plan for Fluss Original
How to Upgrade Your Fluss Original Subscription Plan
This guide walks you through upgrading your Fluss Original device's subscription plan via the Fluss Admin Dashboard. Upgrading unlocks additional features such as extended history, advanced automations, priority support, and more (depending on the plan tier). You'll need to add a payment method if one isn't already set up — note that card payments are currently the only supported option.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to the Fluss Admin Dashboard
Visit Fluss Original Admin Dashboard and log in with your Fluss account credentials. - Navigate to the Flusses section
Once logged in, locate and click on the "Flusses" section in the dashboard menu to view your registered devices. - Select the device to upgrade
Find the device you want to upgrade and click "Manage" next to it. This opens the detailed management page for that specific Fluss device. - Access the Billing section
On the device management page, locate and click on the "Billing" section (usually found in the sidebar or tabs). - Go to Accounts
Within Billing, click on "Accounts" to view your payment and subscription account details. - Edit the default account and add a payment method
Click on the "Default" block/account. Then select the option to edit the account.
Click "Add Payment Method" and follow the prompts to enter your card details securely. Note: Card payment is currently the only available payment method. - Complete the upgrade
Once a valid payment method is added (or if one already exists), you should see available subscription upgrade options. Select your desired plan tier, review the pricing and features, and confirm the upgrade.
The change typically takes effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle (depending on your current plan).
Additional Tips & Troubleshooting
After upgrading:
- Your new plan features should activate automatically — refresh the Fluss app on your phone to see them reflected.
- You can view your current plan status, billing history, and upcoming charges in the same Billing section.
Important: Ensure your card details are correct and that sufficient funds/credit are available. Upgrades are recurring subscriptions — review cancellation policies if you later decide to downgrade.
If you don't see the "Billing" or "Accounts" section, or encounter errors when adding a payment method:
- Confirm you're logged in as the account owner (not a shared user).
- Try a different browser or clear your cache.
- Contact support at info@fluss.io with a screenshot of the issue.
Security & Best Practices
- Only add payment methods from a secure, private network — never share your card details via email or unsecured channels.
- After adding a card, monitor your statements for the first charge to confirm everything processed correctly.
- Use a card with fraud protection features or virtual card numbers if available for added security.
- If you no longer need the upgraded plan, downgrade or cancel through the same Billing section to avoid unwanted recurring charges.
If you run into any issues, please reach out using the contact details above.
