Before You Begin

To update a user's access, you will need invite permissions for the device. This is typically available to Owners and Full Access users. To find out more about the different permission levels, check out our article on Access Types.

Steps to Update a User's Access

1. Navigate to Devices

From the home screen, tap Devices in the navigation bar.

2. Select the Device

Tap on the device whose user access you'd like to update.

3. Open the Users Section

Select Users to view all users associated with that device.

4. Select the User

Tap on the user whose access you wish to update.

5. Updating Access Type

Once you've selected the user, their current access type will be displayed on the page. From here, you can review and update their access type as needed.
