How to Export Users in Fluss+
This guide will walk you through how to export users.
Before you begin
You'll need the right permissions to export users. This feature is available to users with Owner, Full Access, or Tenant roles. If you're unsure about your access level, refer to the Access Types article for more details.
Web App vs. Mobile App
We recommend exporting users through the web app at app.fluss.io rather than the mobile app. Here's why:
The web app supports both Excel (.xlsx) and CSV export formats
The mobile app only supports CSV
Files are generally easier to locate and download from a browser
How to Export Users
1. From the Home page, navigate to “Devices”
2. Select the device you want to export users from — this should be a device you have permission to invite users to
3. Go to the Users tab within that device
4. Select Export CSV or Excel
In the top right corner, you'll find two export options:
Export CSV — downloads the user list as a CSV file
Export Excel — downloads the user list as an Excel file
That's it! If you run into any issues or don't see the export buttons, double-check that your role has the necessary permissions as outlined in the Access Types article.
