How to filter, search, and export events in Fluss+

The Events page in Fluss+ lets you narrow down a long list of activity to exactly what you're looking for, then export the result for record-keeping or sharing.

If you're new to the Events page, start with What is the Events page in Fluss+?.

Open the Events page

From the Fluss+ home screen, tap Events in the bottom navigation.

The toolbar at the top of the page contains everything you need to filter, search, refresh, and export.

Filter by date

The Events page shows today's events by default. To change the range, tap the date pill in the toolbar (it currently reads Today).

The Date Range sheet opens with four preset shortcuts:

  • Today — events from midnight to now.
  • Yesterday — events from yesterday only.
  • 7 days — events from the last 7 days.
  • 30 days — events from the last 30 days.

Tap a preset to apply it, or pick a custom start and end date below using the date pickers, then tap Apply.

When the range covers more than one day, the events are grouped under day section labels — Today, Yesterday, or a date.

Filter by device

If you have more than one Fluss+ device on your account, you can narrow the list to specific devices.

Tap the Devices button in the toolbar (the chip icon).

The Filter by Device sheet opens. Tick the devices you want to include, then tap Apply.

You can search for a device by name in the field at the top, or tap Clear to remove all selections.

Filter by user

Tap the Users button in the toolbar (the people icon).

The Filter by User sheet opens. The list shows every person who appears in the events you have already loaded — owners, members, guests, and visitors — with their phone number underneath.

Tick the users you want to include and tap Apply.

InfoTip: The user list grows as more events are loaded. If you don't see a person you expected, try expanding the date range first.

Search

The Search field at the top of the page filters the visible events as you type. It matches on:

  • User name — e.g. typing guest finds all events from people whose name contains "guest".
  • Phone number — e.g. typing the last 4 digits of a number finds all events from that person.
  • Device name — e.g. typing gate shows only events from devices with "gate" in their name.
  • Event type — e.g. typing call shows only intercom call events.

While you search, Fluss+ also keeps loading older events in the background so the search reaches every matching event in your date range, not just the ones already on screen.

Export your events

After narrowing the list with filters and search, you can download the result.

Tap the Export button (the download icon) at the right of the toolbar.

Toolbar with the Export button highlighted

The export menu opens. Choose Export as CSV to download the filtered events as a CSV file.

InfoTip: Export as Excel is only available on the Fluss+ web app at app.fluss.io. On iOS and Android, only CSV export is available.

The exported file includes one row per event, with columns for Name, Mobile, Device, Device Type, Time, Event Type, Access Type, Invited By, Call Status, and Call/Ring Durations — so you can sort, group, and analyse the data in any spreadsheet.

The file name is Events_to (e.g. Events_2026-04-22_to_2026-04-29.csv) so you can keep multiple exports side by side.
