The Events page in Fluss+ shows a chronological log of everything
that happens on your devices — gate triggers, intercom calls,
one-time access uses, and more — across every device on your
account.
Where to find the Events page
Open the Fluss+ app and tap Events in the bottom navigation.

The page opens to today's events by default, with the newest
event at the top.

Reading an event
Each event is a single row showing what happened, who did
it, and when.

- The coloured icon on the left tells you the event type at a
glance — Wi-Fi or Bluetooth icons for app triggers, a telephone
icon for intercom calls, an arrow icon for one-time access, and
so on.
- The title shows the device name (e.g. Front Gate).
- The subtitle shows the user and the action (e.g. Your Name ·
Bluetooth Trigger).
- The time on the right is when the event happened. Events are
also grouped by day, with section labels like Today, Yesterday,
or a date.
Common event types
You will see many different event types on this page. Here are the
ones that show up most often:
| Event |
What it means |
| Wi-Fi Trigger |
A user opened the device from the app over the internet. |
| Bluetooth Trigger |
A user opened the device from the app while in range. |
| API Trigger |
The device was triggered through the Fluss+ API — e.g. from a third-party integration like Home Assistant. |
| Call - Answered |
A visitor called from the intercom and the call was answered. |
| Call - Missed |
A visitor called from the intercom and the call was missed. |
| One Time Entry / One Time Exit |
A guest used a one-time access code to enter or exit. |
See more about a specific event
Tap any row to open the Event Detail sheet. It shows the full
date and time, the device, the user (with their phone number), how
they triggered the device (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Remote, etc.), and the
device type.

Call detail with timeline
Intercom calls show extra information in the Detail sheet:
- The call status — Answered, Missed, or Sent.
- The ring duration — how long the call rang for.
- The call duration — how long you were on the call.
- A timeline of the call: when it was initiated, when it rang,
when it was answered, and when it ended.

One-time access detail
When you tap a One Time Entry or One Time Exit event, the
Detail sheet also shows who invited the guest under Invited By
— their name and phone number, and whether they're a tenant — so
you can trace every one-time-access use back to the resident who
issued the code.
