If none of the standard Fluss+ subscription tiers fits your deployment
— for example, you need more users than the largest tier allows, or
you have specific billing or feature requirements — you can send the
Fluss team a custom plan request directly from the app. A Fluss team
member will contact you to discuss pricing and terms.
Before you begin
- You must be the owner of the device (the user with transfer
permission). Shared users and tenants cannot change the billing plan.
- A brief description of what you need. You will be asked to include
it in the request so the Fluss team can respond with the right
details.
Steps to request a custom plan
1. Open Devices from the home screen
Open the Fluss+ app. From the home screen, tap Devices in the
bottom navigation to see all the devices on your account.

2. Select the device you want the custom plan for
Tap the device you want a custom plan for. This opens the Device
Details page.

3. Tap Billing Plan
On the Device Details page, tap Billing Plan.

Important: If Billing Plan is not visible, you are not the owner of the device. Ask the owner to send the request.4. Pick Custom under Plan Type
Open the Plan Type picker and tap Custom. The Request Custom
Plan panel opens as a fullscreen sheet.

5. Write your request message
In the Request Message field, describe what you need — for
example, the number of users, the region, any specific features, and
a preferred billing cycle. The message must be between 1 and 10,000
characters.

6. Tap Send Request
Tap Send Request. You'll see a confirmation toast that the custom
plan request has been submitted, and the panel closes automatically.

After sending the request
- Your device stays on its current plan until a custom plan is agreed.
- A Fluss team member will reach out to you using the contact details
on your Fluss+ account to discuss pricing and set up the plan.
- You don't need to re-send the request — if you don't hear back,
check the email address and phone number on your Fluss+ profile are
current.
Looking for a standard tier instead?
If you only need more users than your current tier allows and one of
the standard tiers fits, the self-serve flow is faster. See
