If you're hitting the user limit on your Fluss+ device or need access
to paid features, you can upgrade to a higher tier directly from the
app. Each Fluss+ device has its own plan, so you upgrade on the specific
device you want more capacity for.
Before you begin
- You must be the owner of the device (the user with transfer
permission). Shared users and tenants cannot change the billing plan.
- A payment card. Required for a first-time upgrade — if you're moving
between paid tiers on a billing account that already has a saved
payment method, no new card is needed.
- Know how many users you need. See
Fluss+ subscription plans
for the user limit on each tier.
Steps to upgrade your plan
1. Open Devices from the home screen
Open the Fluss+ app. From the home screen, tap Devices in the
bottom navigation to see all the devices on your account.

2. Select the device you want to upgrade
Tap the device whose plan you want to upgrade. This opens the Device
Details page.

3. Tap Billing Plan
On the Device Details page, tap Billing Plan.

Important: If Billing Plan is not visible, you are not the
owner of the device. Ask the owner to perform the upgrade.
4. Pick a higher tier under Plan Type
Open the Plan Type picker and tap the tier that matches the number
of users you need. Your current tier is highlighted — pick any tier
above it.

For a description of each tier's user limit, see
Fluss+ subscription plans.
5. Choose a Billing Cycle
Under Billing Cycle, tap Monthly or Annual. Annual billing
is charged upfront and usually works out cheaper per month — the exact
price appears in the summary card below.
6. Select a Billing Account
Under Billing Account, choose the account the subscription should
be invoiced to. If you manage more than one device or organisation,
pick the account you want the invoice to reference.
7. Review the summary
The summary card shows:
- The tier and billing cycle you selected.
- The monthly or annual cost in your local currency.
- The Due now amount that will be charged today.
Check the details before continuing.

8. Tap Upgrade
Tap the Upgrade button at the top right. A secure Paystack
popup opens inside the app for you to pay the Due now amount.

9. Pay with your card
Enter your card details and confirm. If you've paid on this billing
account before, Paystack may auto-fill a previously-saved card for you.
The popup handles the payment and closes automatically when it
succeeds, and the app returns to the Device Details page with your new
plan active.
After upgrading
- Your device's new tier activates as soon as the payment clears.
- An invoice is emailed to the address on the billing account you
selected.
- You can now invite users up to the new tier's limit.
Need a larger plan?
If none of the standard tiers fit your deployment, you can request a
custom plan from the Fluss team instead of paying through the in-app
flow above. See
how to request a custom Fluss+ plan.
