Subscription plan for Fluss+

Each Fluss+ device — whether a Fluss+ gate device or a Fluss+ Intercom — has its own subscription plan. You choose a plan per device, so a household can stay on the Free plan while a larger building uses the paid plan on the same account.

What counts as a user

A user is anyone you grant access to your Fluss+ device — yourself, family members, tenants, staff, or any other person you invite from the app. The user limit on a plan caps the total number of active users on that device at any one time.

Choosing a Custom plan

The Custom plan covers deployments above 300 users, special billing arrangements, or feature requirements that don't fit the standard paid plan. A Fluss team member contacts you to agree pricing and terms — no self-serve payment is taken. See how to request a custom Fluss+ plan.

Changing your plan

You can move between plans at any time from inside the Fluss+ app:

Tip: Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and US dollars (USD). The currency your account is billed in is set on the billing account itself — the in-app summary card always shows the exact amount in your account's currency before you confirm any change.
