How to Downgrade Your Fluss+ Subscription Plan: Move to a Lower Tier or Free

How to downgrade your Fluss+ subscription plan

If you no longer need the user limit or paid features on a Fluss+ device, you can downgrade it from the paid plan back to the Free plan. Each Fluss+ device has its own plan, so you downgrade on the specific device you want to change.

Before you begin

  • You must be the owner of the device (the user with transfer permission). Shared users and tenants cannot change the billing plan.
  • An understanding of the user limit on each plan. See Fluss+ subscription plans.

Steps to downgrade your plan

1. Open Devices from the home screen

Open the Fluss+ app. From the home screen, tap Devices in the bottom navigation to see all the devices on your account.

2. Select the device you want to downgrade

Tap the device whose plan you want to downgrade. This opens the Device Details page.

3. Tap Billing Plan

On the Device Details page, tap Billing Plan.

AlertImportant: If Billing Plan is not visible, you are not the owner of the device. Ask the owner to perform the downgrade.

4. Pick Free under Plan Type

Open the Plan Type picker and tap Free.

For a description of each plan's user limit, see Fluss+ subscription plans.

5. Review the summary

The summary card shows the new plan. Because a downgrade costs nothing, the summary shows no Due now line — no payment will be taken.

6. Tap Downgrade

Tap the Downgrade button at the top right. No card payment is taken. The app returns to the Device Details page when the change is applied.

After downgrading

  • The Free plan is active on the device immediately.
  • You will not be charged today. No further invoices will be raised for this device while it stays on Free.
  • Existing users who were invited under the paid plan keep their access. However, if you already have more users than the Free plan's 5-user limit allows, you will not be able to invite new users until you revoke enough existing users to fall within the limit.

Want to upgrade instead?

If you need more users or paid features rather than fewer, see how to upgrade your Fluss+ subscription plan.
