One-time access lets you give a single guest, visitor, or delivery
person a 4-digit code they can use to enter and then exit through
your Fluss+ Intercom. Each code is valid for one entry and one exit,
expires automatically (12 hours by default), and can be revoked at any
time. This guide walks you through creating a code and sharing it with
the recipient.
Before you begin
- One-time access is available on Fluss+ Intercom devices only.
Standard Fluss+ devices don't support one-time codes.
- You must be the owner of the Fluss+ Intercom, or have been given
permission to use its Intercom features.
- One-time access settings must be configured on the intercom
first. Until they are, the One Time Access row won't appear
on the Device Details page and you can't send a code. See how to configure the one-time access settings on your Fluss+ Intercom.
- You need the recipient's name and mobile number.
- Each one-time code allows exactly one person to enter and exit
once. To give more people access, create a separate code for each.
Steps to send a one-time access code
1. Open Devices from the home screen
Open the Fluss+ app. From the home screen, tap Devices in the
bottom navigation to see all the devices on your account.

2. Select your Fluss+ Intercom
Tap the Fluss+ Intercom you want the guest to use. This opens the
Device Details page.

3. Tap One Time Access
On the Device Details page, tap One Time Access.

This opens the One Time Access page, which lists any active codes
for this intercom.
4. Start a new one-time access
Tap the + button to create a new code. The Invite sheet opens.

5. Enter the recipient's details
Type the guest's Name and Mobile into the form. Both fields
are required.

Important: Only one contact can be invited per one-time code.
The app will block you from adding a second name. If more than one
person needs access, create a separate code for each person.
6. Tap Generate
Tap Generate at the bottom of the sheet. Fluss+ creates the code
and opens the One-Time Access sheet showing the 4-digit code and
sharing options.

7. Share the code with the recipient
From the success sheet, tap the channel you want to share through.
Fluss+ pre-fills a message for you that contains:
- The guest's access code.
- A link (
https://ote.fluss.me/…) that opens the entry page in any
web browser — no app install needed for the recipient. - Instructions telling the guest to open the link, scan the QR code on
the intercom, and enter the code.
Available channels:
- Copy to clipboard — paste into any messenger.
- SMS — opens your phone's SMS app with the message pre-filled.
- WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled.
- Email — opens your mail app with the message pre-filled.
After sending
- The access code expires automatically after the Invite Duration
configured on your Fluss+ Intercom (24 hours by default).
- The recipient can use the code once to enter and once to
exit via the same link.
- You can see and revoke active codes at any time from the One Time
Access page (Step 3 above). Tap the code, then tap delete to
revoke.
Want to change how long codes are valid or how many can be active?
The default expiry and the maximum number of codes active at the same
time are set on the One Time Access Settings page for the
intercom. See how to configure the one-time access settings on your Fluss+ Intercom.
