for Fluss+. For a visual walkthrough, watch our setup video.
Please review our terms and conditions,
as well as Google's reCAPTCHA privacy policy
and terms of service.
Prerequisites
Before you start, please ensure the following:
Your mobile device has a stable internet connection
Access to WhatsApp or SMS
The Fluss+ mobile app is installed on your device
Download here.
Sign in / create account
1. Enter your phone number
Enter your phone number in international format in the field
provided (for example, +27, +1, +258). The country flag
will update automatically to match the international phone number
you enter — it shows the country code for your phone number.

2. Send pin
After entering your phone number, choose how you'd like to receive
your verification pin: WhatsApp Pin or SMS Pin. We recommend
choosing WhatsApp, as it's often more reliable.

3. Verify your pin
Enter the verification pin you receive via WhatsApp or SMS
into the Enter Pin field, then tap the blue Verify button.

Safety Warning: Never share your verification pin with anyone, even trusted installers. Ask them to guide you to sign in with your own number instead. If you switch phones, clear app data, or log out often, expect to sign in again. Treat verification pins like sensitive passwords. If you don't receive the code, tap Resend Pin. If you're still
not receiving a code, see our article on Issues with verification pins for Fluss+.
If you entered the wrong phone number, tap the < button in the
top left to return to the phone number page.
Once your pin has been successfully verified, you will automatically
be directed to the create account page (new users) or the home page
(returning users).
4. Create your account (new users)
Enter your name and email address in the fields provided,
then tap the blue Save button.

Once you have successfully created your account, you will
automatically be directed to the home page.
