If Bluetooth is not working or functioning properly, this guide will help you resolve the issue. Follow the steps for your operating system below.


You need to enable permissions for ‘Nearby Devices’, which is required for Bluetooth to function. For more info, visit How to enable Bluetooth permissions for Fluss+.
Swipe down from the top of your screen to open the Quick Settings panel and tap the Bluetooth icon to enable it.
Most older generation Android versions require location services. Swipe down from the top of your screen and find ‘Location’ to enable it.
Refresh to get the latest access info and Bluetooth connection. Be sure to be within 10 metres (33 feet).
Completely close the app (minimise and swipe the app away) and restart the app to see if you can get access.
Clearing cached data can resolve connection issues caused by conflicting or outdated temporary files.
