Fluss+ uses Bluetooth to discover, trigger, claim, and set up Wi-Fi on your device. Bluetooth must be enabled and permissions granted for the app to function. This article walks you through granting Bluetooth permissions on your device.
Enabling Bluetooth permissions
Android

- Go to your mobile Home Screen
- Locate the Fluss+ app icon
- Press and hold the Fluss+ icon until a menu appears
- Tap the ⓘ (App Info) icon
- Scroll down and tap Permissions
- Tap Nearby Devices
- Select Allow

iOS

- Open the Settings app on your device
- On the search bar, type in 'Fluss+'
- Toggle the switch on (green) to allow Bluetooth access

Huawei

- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Apps
- Tap Apps again
- Search for and select Fluss+
- Tap Permissions
- Under the Denied section, tap Location
- Select Allow only while in use
Why Location instead of Bluetooth? On Huawei devices running EMUI, Bluetooth permissions for apps are managed through Location permissions.
