  • Can you see the device in your devices tab?
  • What type of user access do you have? (Owner, Full Access, Always etc.)
  • Is your bluetooth turned on and does the App have Bluetooth permissions
  • Can you see the device in your phone's Bluetooth menu
  • (If Android or Huawei) Is your location on and does the App have location permissions?
  • Who is the device owner?
  • What is the device called?
  • Where is the device installed? Is there anything that could be obstructing or interfering with the signal?
  • Are you connected to any other bluetooth devices? (e.g. smart watch, car, earphones)
  • How many other people have access to this Fluss?
  • How many other people are having this issue?
