How to transfer user(s) data to the new device.

How to Transfer User(s) Data to a New Device

To transfer users from an old Fluss device to a new one, export the user list from the admin dashboard and import it on the new device.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to Fluss Admin Dashboard
    Visit https://fluss.io/ and log in.
  2. Select the old device
    Locate and click on the "Users" section for the faulty/old device.
  3. Export the user data
    Click "Export CSV" or "Export Excel" and save the file.
  4. Select the new device
    Go to the "Users" section on the new device.
  5. Invite users
    Click "Invite users" and choose either "Upload CSV File" or "Copy/Paste Details" to import the exported data.

Security & Best Practices

  • Use Owner/Full Access login only.
  • Delete users from the old device after transfer.
  • Keep the exported file secure and delete it after use.
