How to Find and View Invited Users on Your Fluss Device

This guide shows you how to locate and review the list of users who have been invited to access your Fluss device(s) — including their invitation status (Active, Pending, or Expired). This is useful for managing sharing permissions, checking if invitations have been accepted, or identifying users who no longer need access. Only the device owner (or users with admin rights) can view this information.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Devices section
Select Devices in the bottom left corner of your Fluss app. This displays a list of all your available Fluss devices.
  2. Select the device
Tap on the specific device for which you want to check invited users.
  3. Access the Users section
From the device details screen, select Users (or "Shared Users" if labeled differently in your app version).
  4. View the invited users list
In the Users section, you'll see a list of all invited users. Each entry shows the user's details along with their invitation status, categorized as:
    • Active — The user has accepted the invitation and can currently control or view the device.
    • Pending — The invitation has been sent but not yet accepted.
    • Expired — The invitation has timed out and is no longer valid.

This overview lets you track invitation progress and decide if you need to resend, revoke, or take other actions.

Additional Tips & Troubleshooting

Use this section regularly to:

  • Monitor pending invitations — resend them if they remain pending for too long.
  • Identify expired invitations — clean them up or send fresh ones if needed.
  • Spot any unexpected Active users — revoke access immediately if you don't recognize someone.
Important: The Users list is only visible to the device owner or admin-level shared users. If you don't see the "Users" option, confirm you're logged in with the correct account that owns the device.

If the list appears empty but you know invitations were sent, try refreshing the app, checking your internet connection, or updating to the latest version of the Fluss app.

Security & Best Practices

  • Periodically review your invited users list and revoke access for anyone who no longer needs it (see our guide on "How to Revoke Access").
  • Never leave invitations pending indefinitely — expired ones are safer than unaccepted ones sitting in inboxes.
  • If you notice unfamiliar Active users, revoke access right away and contact Fluss support if you suspect unauthorized sharing.
  • Consider limiting sharing to trusted individuals only, especially for devices controlling gates, garages, or security systems.

If you run into any issues, please reach out using the contact details above.
