Deleting your Fluss+ account permanently removes your profile, your
access to every Fluss+ device, and any billing subscription accounts
attached to your profile. This guide covers the full flow from the
Profile screen.
Before you begin
- If you are the owner of any Fluss+ device, you must
transfer ownership
to another person, or delete the device first. The app blocks
account deletion until no owned devices are linked to your account.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your
account data is removed and any active billing subscriptions on
your account are cancelled.
- The deletion process can take up to 48 hours to complete on the
Fluss+ servers. You are signed out immediately.
Steps to delete your account
1. Open Profile from the home screen
Open the Fluss+ app. From the home screen, tap Profile in the
bottom navigation bar.

2. Scroll to Delete Account
Scroll to the very bottom of the Profile page. The Delete Account
row sits below your billing accounts and the API Key row, with a
red trash icon.

3. Tap Delete Account
Tap the Delete Account row to open the confirmation screen.
Note: If you still own one or more devices, a popup appears instead: "You cannot delete your account because you own devices. Please delete all the devices you own before you will be able to delete your account." Transfer or delete those devices first, then come back to this step.4. Type "delete" to confirm
The Delete Account confirmation screen explains: "Deleting your
account will delete all your information and access. This process can
take up to 48 hours." To unlock the action, type the word delete
into the NAME field exactly as shown.

5. Tap Delete
Once you have typed delete, the red Delete button at the
bottom of the screen becomes active. Tap it to permanently delete
your account.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your account data is removed, your access to every Fluss+ device is revoked, and any billing subscription accounts attached to your profile are cancelled. After deleting
- You are signed out of the Fluss+ app immediately and returned to
the Sign in screen.
- Server-side data removal can take up to 48 hours to complete.
- To use Fluss+ again, you can create a new account on the same or a
different mobile number. See
how to sign in or create a Fluss+ account.
Troubleshooting
"You cannot delete your account because you own devices." — your
account is still the owner of one or more Fluss+ devices. Transfer
each device to its new owner using
how to transfer ownership of a Fluss+ device,
or delete devices you no longer use, then try again.
The Delete button stays grey. — the confirmation field only
accepts the exact word delete in lowercase. Clear the field and
type it again, with no spaces before or after.
