Use the message on the car screen to find the cause. Each heading below is what Android Auto shows you.
The car screen has no devices to show. It reads a list that the Fluss+ app shares with it, so the fix is always on the phone, not in the car:
If the app is signed in and your devices load on the phone but the car list is still empty, disconnect and reconnect Android Auto to make the app re-share the list.
Fluss+ can't reach that device right now by either route: you're not in Bluetooth range, and it isn't available over Wi-Fi. Tapping it won't open anything.
Your phone's Bluetooth is switched off, and the device needed it. Turn Bluetooth on in your phone's settings and tap the device again.
Your phone's Bluetooth can't be used at all — it may be blocked by a permission or unavailable while another app holds it. Open the Fluss+ app on your phone and confirm it can still find the device there. See how to enable Bluetooth permissions.
The trigger was sent over Wi-Fi but couldn't get through, usually because the phone lost data in a low-signal spot. Try again once you have signal, or get close enough for Bluetooth · In range, which doesn't need the internet.
The device was reached but didn't complete the trigger. Tap it once more. If it keeps failing, open the Fluss+ app on your phone and try triggering it there — if that fails too, the problem is with the device rather than with Android Auto. See solutions for Wi-Fi disconnection problems.
The app itself isn't reaching Android Auto:
