This guide will walk you through claiming your Fluss+ device. For a visual walkthrough, watch our setup video.

Prerequisites

Before you start, please ensure the following:

1. Your mobile device has a stable internet connection

2. The Fluss+ mobile app is installed on your device

   Download here.

3. You are logged in to your Fluss+ account within the mobile app

4. Your Fluss+ device is properly connected

5. Bluetooth is turned on and the app has been granted the necessary permissions

Steps to claim your device

1. Select the device to claim

When you are in Bluetooth range, open the Fluss+ App. A yellow button labelled Unclaimed Device will appear — tap it to claim your device.

2. Name your device

Enter a name of the device in the space provided, such as "Home Garage" or "Office Park".

3. Add the device code

Scan the QR code or enter the device code in the space provided.

The device code can be found on the back of the Fluss+ device:

4. Select an installation type

Tap on the installation type section.

Select the device type (e.g., Garage Door) and press Continue.

5. Finalise the claim process

Once you fill in all the necessary fields (name, code and installation type), you can then tap the blue Claim button.

This will save your information in the database and requires an internet connection. It may take a few seconds to complete. Once this completes, the device will be claimed and you will be the owner.

After claiming the device

Once you have successfully claimed the Fluss+ device, you will automatically be directed through two additional setup steps:

Subscription plan
