- Open the Fluss+ app
Launch the Fluss+ app on your smartphone and sign in with your phone number and OTP (via WhatsApp or SMS preferred). - Navigate to Devices > Intercom
From the main menu or home screen, go to Devices and select Intercom (or the Intercom section if visible). - Tap Add Intercom
Click the Add Intercom button to start the claiming process. - Enter or scan the Intercom Number
Under Intercom Number, either manually enter the number printed on the QR code board at the installation site, or use your phone's camera to scan the QR code directly. This claims the device to your account. - Set the Intercom Name
Under Intercom Name, enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Main Gate Intercom" or "Apartment Entrance"). Select the Intercom Plan Type
Under Intercom Type, choose your plan:
- Home Use: Limited to 2 units total, with a maximum of 2 users per unit. Ideal for residential homes or small setups.
- Commercial Use: Allows multiple units, each with up to 2 users. Suited for apartments, offices, or complexes.

Adding Units and Users After Claiming
Claiming the Intercom does not automatically add you or any users—you must set up units and add people manually. Each unit can have up to 2 users maximum.
- Access your Intercom device
Open the Fluss+ app, go to Devices > Intercom, and tap on your newly added intercom under My Intercom Devices. - Add the first unit
Under the unit section, enter the Unit Name (e.g., "Unit 101" or "Main Residence"). Add users to the unit
Under People, add users by one of these methods:
- Select a Contact: Choose from your phone's contacts.
- Enter Phone Number: Manually input the user's phone number.
- Upload Contact: Import from a file or other source if available.
Add up to 2 users per unit. Repeat for a second user if needed.
- Add additional units (if applicable)
Go back to Devices > Intercom, select your intercom, then under Users tap Add Unit. Enter the new Unit Name and add up to 2 users as above. Commercial plans support multiple units; Home Use is limited to 2 total.
