How to find your Fluss+ app version number

Knowing your app version helps our support team diagnose your issue faster and provide the most accurate solution.

Steps

1. Open the Fluss+ app on your phone

      
2. On the home screen, tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.


      

3. On the top right corner of the profile screen, underneath your country's flag, you will see your version number (e.g. v1.2.3).


      

InfoNote: When contacting support, always include your version number along with your operating system (e.g. Android 14, iOS 17.4).
