The Tenant Settings page has two configuration options described below.

Tenant Invite Duration

This setting controls how long a tenant's invite remains valid before it expires. You can set the duration anywhere from 15 minutes up to 3 days, depending on how much time you want to give users to accept their invitation.

1. Tap Tenant Invite Duration

2. Choose how long the invite lasts for

Max Amount of Tenant Invites

This setting determines the maximum number of active invites a tenant can send out at any given time, with a range of 1 to 100 invites. Once a tenant reaches their limit, they won't be able to send any new invitations until existing ones are used or expire.

1. Tap Max Tenant Invites

Save your changes

Tap the blue Save button in the top right corner of the page to commit the new tenant settings.

InfoA note on how these settings work together: When a tenant sends out an invite, it takes up one slot from their available invite limit. That slot stays used for as long as the invite is active. Once the invite expires, the slot is automatically returned to the tenant, and they can use it to send a new invite. So for example, if a tenant has a limit of 5 invites and all 5 have been sent out, they won't be able to invite anyone new until at least one of those invites either gets accepted or expires. This is why the invite duration matters — the shorter it is, the sooner unused invites expire and free up slots for the tenant to use again.
